This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) has been adopted and is valid at Megasoft Limited Liability Company, located at the address: Russia, Moscow Region, Dolgoprudny, Patsayeva Avenue, 7, block 1, office 81 ( hereinafter referred to as “Society”).
In accordance with this Policy, the Company processes and protects personal data provided by registered users and unregistered visitors (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) of the https://www.zernotrader.ru website, including the full version of the site, the mobile version of the site, and also a mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) from any device and in communication with the Company in any form.
Using the Service and providing the Company with their personal data, the User consents to their processing in accordance with this Policy.
Basic
Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or designated individual (subject of personal data).
Confidentiality of personal data is a mandatory requirement for a person who has obtained access to personal data not to transfer them to third parties without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal basis.

Data to be processed
The Company processes personal data and other information that the User may provide to the Company when: • registering with the Service;
• using the Services (for example, when creating and publishing announcements (including a summary), sending messages to other Users, paying for services), as well as exercising other rights and obligations in accordance with the User Agreement and the service agreement entered into when paying for the Company's paid services;
• subscription to the Company's newsletters;
• registration for the Company's events;
• passing surveys and participating in research organized by the Company;
• contacting the Company's support service via any communication channels;
• response to vacancies published on the Company's websites;
• implementation of the rights and obligations arising from the legislation of the Russian Federation
The Company also processes technical and other information that is automatically transmitted by the device through which the User uses the Service, including information stored in cookies (cookies) that were sent to the User’s device, information about the browser and its settings, date and time access to the Service, the addresses of the requested pages and the actions of the User when using the Service, the technical characteristics of the device, the IP address and other similar information (hereinafter - the "technical data").
Purpose
The Company processes the personal data of the Users exclusively for the purposes for which they were provided, including:
• conclusion, execution, amendment and termination of the User Agreement and the Offer (payment and provision of services);
• communication with the User when contacting the Company, for example, to receive consulting or technical support;
• prevent and suppress violations of the User Agreement and other illegal or unauthorized actions of Users or third parties;
• organizing the participation of users in events and surveys organized by the Company;
• compliance with the requirements and procedures provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including for the purposes of accounting and tax reporting, and responding to requests from government bodies;
• communications for marketing purposes in relation to the Service and Internet sites of the Company, as well as the Company's partners;
• data analysis in order to improve user experience and improve the quality of the Service;
• organizing the storage and destruction of information sources, including those containing users' personal data;
• for other purposes with the consent of the User.
The company processes technical data for:
• ensuring the operation and safety of the Service;
• prevent and suppress violations of the User Agreement and other illegal or unauthorized actions of Users or third parties;
• compliance with the requirements and procedures provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• data analysis in order to improve user experience and improve the quality of the Service and the Company's marketing activities.
Legal grounds for the processing of personal data
• The Company processes the personal data of the User in the following cases:
• processing is carried out with the consent of the User;
• processing is necessary for the conclusion, execution, modification or termination of the User Agreement and the Offer (payment and provision of services);
• processing is necessary to implement the rights and legitimate interests of the Company or third parties, if this does not violate the rights and freedoms of the subject of personal data;
• processing is necessary to perform the functions, powers and duties assigned to the Company by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• processing is carried out in connection with participation in legal proceedings or for the execution of an act to be executed in accordance with the legislation on enforcement proceedings;
• processing of personal data is carried out, access of an unlimited number of persons to which is provided by the subject of personal data or at his request.
• The Company does not process biometric or special categories of users' personal data.
Transfer of personal data to third parties. Cross-border transfer of personal data
In order to achieve the purposes of processing, the Company may transfer personal data of Users and entrust their processing to third parties, including in the territory of foreign countries. In this case, the Company is convinced that the state to whose territory the data is transmitted ensures adequate protection of personal data.
Publicly available data
By registering and placing ads in the Service, the User makes publicly available personal and other data that is specified in the public profile of the User and in the ads. This means that such data is available for review to any visitor of the Service, that is, to an unlimited circle of persons.
Users make data publicly available in the Service for the purpose of concluding transactions in relation to goods, services, job offers or other offers specified in the announcements. The Company prohibits the collection (including the use of automatic information collection), extract, record, organize, store, use, transmit, distribute, copy, reproduce data that the User has made publicly available for any other commercial or non-commercial purposes.

• Employees of the Company who have access to personal data of Users, are familiar with this Policy and local acts of the Company regarding the security of personal data.
The Company stops processing personal data:
• upon reaching the goals of processing or in case of loss of the need to achieve these goals, unless there are other legal grounds for processing provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• upon expiration of the User’s consent to the processing of personal data or in the case of withdrawal of such consent, unless there are other legal grounds for processing provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Unless otherwise provided in each specific case, the consent of the User is deemed to be received for the period up to March 1 of the year, which comes after the expiration of 5 years from the date of termination of the User Agreement;
• in case of unlawful processing of personal data, if it is impossible to ensure the legality of processing;
• in case of liquidation of the Company.
The user can withdraw consent to the processing of personal data and ask questions about personal data by contacting the support service of the Service or the Company.
Policy changeThe Society updates the Policy as necessary. The Company recommends that all Users periodically visit the page on which the Policy is located: https://www.zernotrader.ru/privacy. By continuing to use the Service after changing the Policy, the User confirms the agreement with the changes made to it.
